Buying A Telescope

For a newbie – Get something used to get familiar with it. This will give you an advantage when you shop for the one you want .

Budget -  Accessories can cost as much or more than the telescope itself, especially if you intend astr-photography.

Rule Of Thumb is to get the best you can afford, and add accessories later.   You can always sell on eBay and upgrade later…(Keep The Box)
