Health



It seems that folks seem to focus on good health when there’s is broken. I supplement every day, drink as much clean water I can get may hands on, try to eat organic and as much vegetables as possible. I meet people all the time that are healing themselves with good habits and smart thinking. Healing themselves from cancer, RI, diabetes without a doctors help (Except in diagnosis). Our society is polluting the air and water we breathe every minute. 70% of your body is made of water, and I would bet its polluted water, even if you drink bottled water !
Some very simple steps can add years to your longevity, but also quality of your life too. Do not wait until your good health is jeopardized to focus on your healthy living. START NOW.

  • Read Labels of products you buy
  • Stop Smoking
  • Reduce your sugar consumption
  • lower your alcohol consumption limit to one glass of wine/beer  per day or equivalent
  • drink the best water possible, Alkaline Ionized Water (See Videos in Health Section)
  • Exercise regularly
  • Take some alone time and just relax listen to some soothing music to reduce stress
  • consider a vegetarian diet. (See this topic in health section)
  • Consider growing your own organic garden, or at least buy organic foods from reputable sources  i.e (Whole Foods) (See this topic in health section)
  • Monitor your weight, blood sugar, and blood pressure regularly and record the results.
