3-5 AM – more babies and deaths occur in this time frame.
6 AM The morning starts - Worst time to exercise as it is the time of day where the biggest increase in blood pressure as blood vessels cant widen as much as in the afternoon, the blood itself is more sticky and your 3 times more likely to have a heart attack.
11 – 3 PM Best learning time for kids
10 AM to 12 PM Best thinking times, I schedule my appointments and meetings during the time slot.
2 PM Most sleep related accidents occur during this period , attributed to lunch, meals and fatigue.
4 PM – 6 PM Best time to exercise
6 PM – 8 PM Alcohol has less of an effect on the body.
The Human Body clock is about the size of a piece of rice, located in the brain. THe Kidneys, liver, lungs, and heart have clocks as well. It has been determined that these clocks are more accurate than most clocks and have been photographed in action.
