Membership Cancellation
You can cancel anytime, and is simple as opening a ticket at our help desk. They are usually processed within 2 business days. If you have a Hosted WebSite Account with us, it will take us at least 48 hours to get your website brought down. You may wish to ftp your website code to your computer as all files will be lost.

In the help desk ticket please describe why you are cancelling, your paid account will be cancelled, but you will retain your free membership status. This is so that you can access the helpdesk to check on your cancellation status, as you must be a registered member to enter help desk tickets.
