Pets

Pets are our closest friends and we want them to have the best care possible. Many of the same principles for people apply to animals. Proper Diet, Exercise , supplements clean healthy water. Yes they can survive well for years without any of that, and so can we… but the best care possible is a good goal to strive for.

I am a animal photographer and this particular one is.. was mine, He lived for 13 years which is very old for a boxer, and had I been more attentive to his health I would have enjoyed him even longer. He Passed away in my arms of old age ,  painlessly.

The costs of animal care today is rising to that of a child, and because of the economy many pets are not getting the best care that they should. Back in 2008-2009 many pets were dying because of additives to their pet food.  Mine was lucky and was fed Pedigree which was not affected by the tainted food.  There are great resources available to you on the internet for research on Pet Care.

I will post some of my favorites,  but it is always good to discuss any course of action with your veterinarian. Animals can be very sensitive to drugs, and I always preferred natural methods for treating them. I learned from Human doctors that their best assets are in diagnosis, but treatment has usually been disappointing and expensive. We want problems fixed, not symptoms corrected.  This section will be expanded in the near future so please check back for updates.
